Reserving the carts

The mobile lab calendar is designed to be completely self-service and will be monitored daily for conflicts and reservations that may overlap*. Holds for events such as CDT's, PSSA's and routine maintenance will usually be placed on the calendar 2-3 weeks in advance. Lastly, if there are any changes to your request after it's been submitted you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the changes.

 
  • You must be logged in to be able to see and complete the form and see event details
  • If you sign up for a reservation and no longer need it, please notify the helpdesk and your reservation will be removed.
  • Please allow at least 10 minutes in-between each reservation. This allows the previous user time to check the cart and make sure everything is put back properly.

1) Go to: fhml.wissahickoncharter.org

2) Find the time you would like to reserve the mobile lab and check to see if that slot is available.

3)Complete the form and submit, I receive an email notifying me you've completed the form and your request is automatically added to the mobile lab calendar

*web form requests take about 15 minutes to post to the calendar
*reservations that overlap will be shortened to avoid conflict. Please check the calendar the day of your reservation.
